Job Description

As an Agile Coach at Avance Consulting, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and concise product backlog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure seamless team collaboration and progress tracking.
  • Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the product backlog and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring team members on Agile principles.
  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress, ensuring the team has necessary resources and support.
  • Monitor and report team progress using metrics like burndown charts, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization, conducting training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders.
