Position Overview:

The Fraud Analyst plays a crucial role in the Member Solutions Department, focusing on the surveillance of financial accounts, transactions, and related documentation. This position involves thorough analysis to detect any signs of fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with members through various communication channels to offer assistance in navigating potential fraud situations.
  • Coordinate with branches and internal departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of member concerns.
  • Gather necessary documentation and assess potential risks affecting both members and the credit union.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and fellow Member Solutions Advisors to achieve long-term resolutions and recovery for accounts.
  • Adhere to relevant regulations including CCPA, BSA, OFAC, CFBP, SCRA, FCRA, among others.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of relevant experience or training.
  • A combination of education and experience in a financial or business setting is acceptable.
Required Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
