Training and Development

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. You'll learn about property damage, insurance contracts, and claims resolution, as well as develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a supportive team to resolve claims efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to work in-office two days a week, with the flexibility to choose your work location for the remaining three days.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $51,000 - $54,500 per year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
