We are seeking a High-End Vehicle Operator to provide luxury transportation services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in commercial driving and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
  • Transport clients safely and professionally to their destinations in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients with loading and unloading their belongings.
  • Collect payment from clients and record transactions on software or records with a customer receipt.
  • Issue or obtain client signature on receipt.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and resolve any service inquiries or complaints.
  • Write client orders and instructions.
  • Maintain professional business attire.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle.
  • Conduct daily pre-trip inspections.
  • Arrange routine maintenance on vehicles.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Utilize driver's software on a computer or mobile as necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a chauffeur, commercial driver, and/or limousine/luxury van driver.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including limousines and luxury vans.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle operations and maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service skills with highly professional demeanor.
  • Strong and effective communications skills.
  • Familiarity with traffic laws, routes, and traffic patterns in the target areas.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules or routes as needed.
  • Ability to sit and drive in suit attire (black or blue) for long hours.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must.
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage or objects when necessary, and willingness to greet and guide clients to their seats upon pick up and arrival.
  • Must consent to and pass a background check.
Benefits
  • Estimated annual salary: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
  • Full-time/Part-time schedule with paid extended hours as needed.
  • Day shift with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Up to 100% travel required.
  • English language proficiency required.
