Position Summary:

Primary Duties:
  • Formulate and execute procurement strategies to maintain a sustainable and economical supply of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement standards.
  • Conduct negotiations to achieve optimal savings.
  • Document and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring transparency in results.
  • Manage processes related to supplier qualification, selection, assessment, and categorization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee excellent service and proactive engagement.
  • Provide supplier insights for projects and perform project-specific supplier assessments.
  • Assist in supplier management tasks, including analysis, audits, reporting, issue resolution, and preparation for supplier evaluations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Entry-level position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret and apply procurement procedures effectively.
  • Proficient in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Experience in supplier management and procurement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems and procurement protocols.
