Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Support Associate to join our team at Tyler Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of software issues and continuous growth in your knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound phone, web, or email software support to resolve client inquiries and problems.
  • Analyze data reports, forms, and web technologies to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Use Tyler's client management system to track and update client issue details.
  • Assist with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation of support processes.
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Accounting, Finance, and/or Payroll preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
