UTZ Brands, Inc is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director for our Seattle-based sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Montana.

This position requires a strong leader with excellent management and leadership skills, as well as experience in consumer packaged goods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, developing effective strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or executive roles
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods industry preferred

Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 per year
