About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. As a Rehabilitation Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their functional independence. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will assist clients in adapting to alternative lifestyles, provide a therapeutic environment for patients' and their families' development, and design and implement treatment strategies that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health. You will work in an inpatient acute setting and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in adapting to alternative lifestyles.
- Providing a therapeutic environment for patients' and their families' development.
- Designing and implementing treatment strategies that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is also required. A graduate from an accredited school of nursing is preferred, with experience in rehabilitation, ortho, neuro, TCU, or medical-surgical settings being advantageous.
