Infusion Nurse Specialist

NurseCore is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with infusion experience to join our Specialty Staffing division.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality in-home care and infusions as defined by the Nurse Practice Act.
- Administer and teach patients about specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables in the home setting, infusion suites, or physician offices.
- Access and maintain SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD (PICC/Implanted Ports), SCIG, phlebotomy, and lab processing.
- Coordinate patient care planning with the Director of Nursing and make clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care.
- Proactively update client/patient records and report health changes and incidents.
- Ensure safe care to patients and adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing required.
- Home health experience preferred, with the ability to perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and infusions.
- Minimum of two years medical-surgical or critical care/ER experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year recent infusion experience preferred.
- Proof of current PPD and current CPR - hands-on class required.
- Successful completion of skills assessment specific to the areas of experience.
