Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Columbia Vehicle Group. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and communication skills, as well as above-average computer proficiency.

Columbia Vehicle Group is a leading manufacturer of pure electric vehicles, with over 200 employees and 40+ models designed to maximize transportation experiences for our customers. Our products are sold and serviced by over 300 select dealers in the U.S. and internationally.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Above-average computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
