Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
