Manufacturing OpportunityWe are seeking an Industrial Cleaning Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. This role will involve cleaning garbage truck assemblies to prepare them for priming and painting, ensuring corrosion protection.
Your Role- Clean garbage truck assemblies efficiently using a pressure washer while following chemical guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation process by tacking, masking, and hanging parts.
- Work with the supervisor to establish and maintain a weekly wash schedule.
- Conduct tests and gather LOA data to ensure the process meets required standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Operate a forklift to move around garbage truck assemblies.
- Collaborate with the safety department to ensure safe working conditions during the washing process.
- Manage waste materials in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DNR regulations.
- Inspect work and make corrections if necessary, completing inspection forms afterwards.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform bi-weekly titration testing.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
