  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete tasks and achieve team goals.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Fill in for colleagues during staff shortages and support shift leads in completing tasks.
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas and perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors.
  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner and utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
  • Use and maintain equipment properly and operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely.
  • Report safety hazards and take initiative to prevent accidents.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the janitorial industry is required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred.
  • A drug test will be required, and a background check and pre-employment drug screening will be conducted.
  • Floor care experience and the ability to operate machinery are essential.
  • General knowledge of floor care and scrubbing techniques is necessary.
Compensation and Shift:

$ per hour, 3rd Shift: Thurs-Mon, 8:30pm-5:00am
