We collaborate with esteemed institutions such as Friends Research Institute, Johns Hopkins University, and the National Institute on Drug Abuse's Clinical Trials Network (NIDA CTN).

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Nurse to join our research department in Baltimore.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  2. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
  3. Engage in effective verbal communication with patients.
  4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical and research teams.
  5. Administer injectable medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
  6. Dispense oral medications for opioid use disorder.
  7. Ensure secure storage and proper reconciliation of medications.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
  2. Active Maryland Nursing License.
  3. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  4. Willingness to travel to various community treatment locations.
  5. Commitment to providing care for patients with substance use disorders in diverse settings.
