St. Luke's Health System is in search of a skilled Radiation Therapy Specialist to join our dedicated team.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Radiation Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Administering radiation treatments to patients.
- Utilizing advanced equipment such as Varian True Beam and Novalis.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality improvement.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with on-call duties required. The average patient load is approximately 20-40 patients daily.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree accompanied by two additional years of relevant experience.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy.
- Current BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
