We are seeking a Senior Software Architect with experience in developing scalable, reusable GenAI services and solid coding skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to take on leadership responsibilities within AI project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of GenAI services that support multiple product lines and use cases.
  • Apply best practices in coding to ensure modularity, reusability, and maintenance of our AI services, keeping them adaptable for future needs.
  • Work in tandem with various teams to seamlessly integrate AI services into our larger product environment, focusing on developer experience and usability.
  • Regularly review and enhance existing AI services to boost performance and maintain alignment with industry standards.
  • Offer guidance to fellow engineers, fostering a culture of technical proficiency and collective responsibility for code quality.
  • Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and programming methodologies, assessing their potential integration into our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 8 years of software development experience, with a portion of that time spent on AI or machine learning projects.
  • Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks used in AI development (e.g., Python).
  • Experience in crafting scalable, reusable software components and services.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and architectural best practices.
  • Experience managing software projects with positive outcomes.
