BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Franklin County.

As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, enabling them to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately document client progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
