Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities
  • Develop and implement resident care plans

  • Review and update resident charts and medical records
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a safe and comfortable facility
Requirements:
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
