About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and treatments to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Monitor residents' responses to medication and treatments, and report any changes or concerns to the care team
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on medication management and other health-related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service is provided to our residents
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
  • Experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and service to our residents
