About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Procedures Technician to join our team at Medical City Fort Worth. As a Special Procedures Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting Interventional Radiologists in Special Radiology procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Radiation safety and administer IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.
  • Collaborate with the Interventional Radiology team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) required.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology with an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • One year of experience in Special Procedures.
  • VI Certification mandatory within 1 year of hire.
