A Day in the Life:
As an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships by providing high-level service and responsiveness to client needs. You will also work independently to develop and build upon relationships with carriers, prepare client proposals, and coordinate administrative questions with Account Managers. Effective negotiation and strong placement skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will work closely with producers to manage expectations, anticipate client needs, and collaborate towards accomplishing production, retention, growth, and client service goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordination with Producer: Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless communication, effective planning, and successful execution of client projects.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized insurance proposals that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage or agency experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, CPCU, CIC, or ARM Designations also preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in agency management software (Sagitta, Image Right).
  • Prior insurance brokerage experience and knowledge of how insurance products are utilized and administered.
