About the Role:

As a Patient Sitter at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Designee, you will perform a variety of tasks to assist in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring patient safety and preventing harm to themselves
  • Perform non-direct patient care duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
