Client Relationship Manager

We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be a critical member of our branch team, working closely with our financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone - the first face they see when they walk in the door. You will have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems - you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. You should have the ability to deepen and broaden client relationships, identify opportunities to create efficiency, and work independently in a deadline-driven environment. You should also be proficient in current and new office technology and willing to learn how financial services/markets work.
