Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to established menu plans and recipes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read food orders from computer printouts and prepare food items according to established menu plans.
  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency of products to our guests.
  • Wash, slice, peel, and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.
  • Observe and test foods to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
