Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to review tasks and expectations
  • Implement safety protocols and observe warehouse operations to ensure compliance
  • Support management in making decisions and implementing policies
  • Coach and train associates to improve performance and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments
  • Perform yard marshalling duties and oversee the movement of pallets and cases
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs and work in a physically demanding role
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
