Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians and cashiers
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide training and coaching to pharmacy technicians and cashiers
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking
  • Ensure accurate processing of insurance claims
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
  • Previous people management/leadership experience
  • Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation

Salary: $50-$31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
