Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following physician orders and the organization's policies and procedures. This includes assessing clients' health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following physician orders and the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Assess clients' health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to clients and their families.
  • Administer medications and manage client care as needed.
  • Conduct nursing assessments and supervisory visits as required.
  • Document client care and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and other meetings as requested.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • Current and unrestricted registration and license in the state of operation.
  • CPR professional certification.
  • General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment.
