Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist the Controller and Assistant Controller in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including the monthly close process, SOX compliance evaluation, and cycle and fixed asset count processes.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Manage the preparation and review of weekly and monthly reporting packages on financials and key operating metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Financial Data Review: Regularly review financial data to ensure fairness and completeness of the data, and prepare reports summarizing and forecasting company business activity and financial position.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Work with the Assistant Controller to manage the preparation of budgets, review budget proposals, and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification.
  • Month-End Close Activities: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including the preparation of journal entries, account analyses, and account reconciliations.
  • SOX Compliance: Work with the SOX Coordinator and Compliance Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and maintain knowledge of SOX, SOX management requirements, and compliance procedures.
  • Internal and External Audits: Act as liaison for internal and external audits, and assist in the completion of annual physical inventory.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies, and support major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies by overseeing general accounting policies, processes, and activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Accounting Experience: Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  • GAAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
  • ERP Systems and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and optimize work processes.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $85,300 to $115,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan: Eligibility to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, with a bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple.
