Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital or office setting. Working in collaboration with physicians, this role involves providing medical services, consulting, and coordinating care to meet the needs of patients. The Advanced Practice Nurse must adhere to established medical standards and practices in the State of Texas.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide patient care in accordance with established medical standards and practices
* Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
* Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
* Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Texas
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a hospital or office setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
