Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dishwasher to join our team at Brewingz. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our dishes and small wares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a commercial dish machine safely and efficiently
  • Manage the use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing
  • Restock and move between active cook lines with ease
  • Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time
  • Meet minimum food prep requirements
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines

Personal Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Continuous use of hands and arms
  • Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Maintain a strong personal image and uniform standards
  • Hold a Texas Food Handlers permit
