Job Summary:

Krucial Rapid Response is seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to join our team in a direct hire staffing opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the internal operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with all facility policy and procedures, as well as State and Federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business to successful outcomes both clinically and fiscally.
  • Operate the facility according to all facility policy and procedures, and State and Federal regulations.
  • Hold overall accountability for the internal operation of the facility.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator's License or Administrators temporary license.
  • Knowledgeable of Long Term care practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
  • At least 1+ years experience as a Healthcare Administrator.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $95,000-$120,000 per year.
  • Multiple locations available.
