Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager, Clinic Director to join our team at Memorial Health. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in healthcare operations, management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinic team, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and performance management.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the development and implementation of the budget, financial reporting, and management of expenses to meet financial goals.
  • Clinical Operations: Oversee the management of clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow, to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify quality improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to evaluate and implement solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Memorial Health System Performance Excellence Standards.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of excellence, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge, and promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring open communication, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, management, and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
