  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
