Job Summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Record Patient Health Data: Accurately chart notes on patients' health problems using a narrative format, and maintain detailed records of observations, treatments, and medications.
  • Provide Medication Administration and Dietary Support: Dispense medications and dietary supplements as prescribed, and take verbal orders from physicians.
  • Collect and Record Vital Signs and Research Data: Collect and record patients' vital signs, and chart collected research data into permanent medical records.
  • Perform Routine Blood and Urine Sample Processing: Administer qualitative tests on patients' daily urine samples, and maintain logbooks for transmission to PI or other staff instructions.
  • Supervise Patient Activities and Safety: Supervise patients' consumption of water, meals, and snacks, and ensure their safety during recreational and social activities.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Perform routine room inspections to prevent the introduction of contraband items, and remove contaminated waste from the research environment.
Requirements
  • Basic Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology: Possess a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to provide accurate patient care.
  • Knowledge of Relevant Nursing Care: Have knowledge of nursing care principles and practices to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Friendly and Professional Bedside Manner: Demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • CNA Certification: Possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
