Job Summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Record Patient Health: Observe and document patients' health problems, reactions to treatments, and general behavior or physical condition.
  • Medication Administration: Dispense medications and dietary supplements, and take verbal orders from physicians.
  • Vital Sign Collection: Collect and record patients' vital signs and chart collected research data into permanent medical records.
  • Sample Processing: Perform routine blood and urine sample processing, and administer qualitative tests on patients' daily urine samples.
  • Logbook Maintenance: Maintain logbooks for transmission to PI or for other staff instructions between shifts, or for recording study protocol deviations and errors.
  • Subject Supervision: Supervise patients' consumption of water, meals, and snacks, and escort patients to off-site outings while safely operating Government vehicles.
  • Activity Planning: Plan and supervise recreational and social activities for resident patients, and monitor patients during activities.
  • Environmental Control: Prevent the introduction of contraband items into the research environment by performing routine room inspections, and remove contaminated waste from the MRU and wipe down surfaces to prepare equipment for special procedures.
Requirements
  • Basic Knowledge: Possess basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Nursing Care: Have knowledge of relevant nursing care and a friendly and professional bedside manner.
  • Certification: Hold a CNA Certification.
