Job Overview

The Physician Assistant plays a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to patients across all disciplines within the Temple Health University System.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This position involves working closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Taking medical histories and conducting physical exams
  • Diagnosing and treating illnesses
  • Ordering and interpreting tests
  • Developing treatment plans
  • Counseling on preventive care
  • Assisting in surgery
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant (preferably)
  • Active licensure as a PA Medical Physician Asst Lic (MPA-LIC) and Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
