About the Role:
Resources For Human Development is seeking a skilled Medical Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing medical care services for individuals in need of detoxification and medication-assisted treatment.

Salary: $50.06 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive medical care services.
Manage medication ordering, delivery, storage, and administration in accordance with regulations and protocols.
Provide education and training to staff and individuals served on health concerns, medications, and wellness strategies.
Assess and respond to new and ongoing health issues in individuals served.
Complete documentation and reports as required by funders, licensing bodies, and agency policies.
Supervise clients to ensure their safety and health.

Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 3 years of experience in a drug and alcohol detoxification setting or working with individuals on medication-assisted treatment.
Valid driver's license and clearance requirements (Act 33/34 and FBI clearance).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse populations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
