About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Director to join our team at PVH Corp. As a key member of our Global Logistics Excellence function, you will play a critical role in defining the end-to-end Logistics network and driving strategic initiatives to improve cost, customer service, and carbon emission reduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Logistics Eco System Vertical of the Logistics+ Plan, responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and initiatives under this vertical.
  • Develop and implement a network design centre, establishing a preferred partner program, driving internal and external benchmarking, and compiling a Logistics Resilience Strategy.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to screen and select an external design partner to deliver network design as a service to PVH Logistics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a multi-year plan to run network design studies and embed leading network design tools into the centre's setup.
  • Design a Preferred Partner Program for PVH Logistics to bring in industry-leading practices and establish global relationships with preferred partners.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify benchmarking needs and objectives, find and engage an external benchmark partner, and analyze findings to unearth gaps and opportunities to improve.
  • Develop a Warehouse Investment Strategy based on the company's growth plans, segment markets through relevant criteria, and evaluate ROI of existing investments.
  • Create a Logistics Resilience Strategy by mapping current exposure to potential external risk factors, segmenting risk, and creating layered mitigation and backup plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working in Supply Chain Logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large improvement projects for impact.
  • Ability to leverage outside-in perspectives for incremental value creation.
  • Experience in leading multi-national project teams in a global context.
  • Track record of successfully designing and implementing new process designs.
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus.
What We Offer

PVH Corp. offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $170,000, a market-competitive total rewards package, and career growth opportunities.
