Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in computer applications.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Minimum of two years in personal lines insurance customer service (candidates without experience will also be considered).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong work ethic coupled with a positive demeanor.
  • Aptitude for resolving practical issues.
  • Commitment to ethical practices.
  • Respectful and courteous interaction with all individuals.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
Preferred Credentials:
  • Current New York State Property & Casualty Insurance license (training and preparation for licensing will be provided for unlicensed candidates, who must pass the NY State licensing exam post-training).
  • Associate degree or equivalent educational background.
