- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Master's degree in nursing or health-related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience in maternal child health, with a focus on lactation.
- Certification: Certification as a Lactation Consultant by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
