Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
* Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement.
* Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
* Manage lost and found items, and maintain accurate records.
* Run departure reports and recheck rooms to ensure they are clean and ready for guests.

**Requirements:**

* High work ethic and self-initiative.
* Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Remington, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel.
