About the Role:
Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Westside Village Apartments in Hopkins, MN. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our common areas, including daily cleaning, trash removal, and snow shoveling during winter months.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and community rooms
• Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure property is free of debris and litter
• Clean and detail apartments, including garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas
• Replace burned-out light bulbs and wash out fixtures
• Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut-offs, apartment fixtures, shut-off locations, and sewer clean-outs
• Seasonal tasks: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, and sweep sidewalks as needed
