At MASAC at Plymouth Comprehensive Treatment Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our outpatient addiction recovery team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision to our clinical staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and making staff assignments and creating schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision to clinical staff in an outpatient addiction recovery environment
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures
  • Monitor counselor's compliance with productivity requirements and develop improvement plans when requirements are not met
  • Make staff assignments and create schedules; update support staff when changes are made
  • Conduct patient treatment plan reviews as needed
  • Perform chart audits and communicate results of audits to staff
  • Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of qualified clinical staff
  • Involvement in crisis intervention and working as a liaison within the community as needed
  • Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in psychology, behavioral, or social services-related field required
  • 2 years minimum of supervised SUD counseling experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year full-time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role required
  • Prior experience working in a MAT environment (medication-assisted treatment) highly preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: One of the following is required in the state of MA: LMHC, LADC, LCSW, or LICSW
