Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Grandview Medical Center. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual and automated routine blood tests to analyze patient samples.
  • Prepare specimens for microscope examination to identify abnormalities and diagnose diseases.
  • Operate laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Use your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support the laboratory team.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates Degree or higher in Medical Technology or Sciences.
  • ASCP certification is preferred.
  • Hospital experience is a plus.
