Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Remediation Manager to oversee and coordinate asbestos removal projects in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of asbestos abatement techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for asbestos abatement projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Oversee multiple sites with little to no direct supervision, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of asbestos abatement technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including asbestos surveys, work plans, daily progress reports, and waste manifests.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo/decon or habitat restoration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-disciplinary staff executing construction projects.
  • Asbestos Certified Abatement Training Required / Certification as an Asbestos Supervisor in accordance with federal and state regulations.
