Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $83,200 to $95,680, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician directives, utilizing assessments and evaluations of patients.

- Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding the supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to uphold the highest standards of care.


- Facilitate the continuation of therapeutic plans post-discharge by creating home exercise programs, instructing patients, and recommending assistive devices and follow-up care.


- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical and administrative records, including patient progress and treatment summaries.

- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to the applicable State Physical Therapy Practice Act and regulations.

Additional Duties:
- Recognize and respond to urgent situations in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including treatment rooms and supply requests.
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct at all times.
- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.


- Foster effective working relationships with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care collaboration.

- Adhere to scheduled clinic hours as approved by management.
- Coordinate patient scheduling through the designated front desk personnel.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current State Physical Therapist license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
