Job Description:Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Check-in and check-out patients
  • Enter charges and payments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Verify patient insurance and demographics
  • Collect co-payments and personal balances
Requirements
  • One year of experience in medical assisting or direct clinical patient care
  • Medical Assistant Certification (NCRMA) required
