**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Synapse-ITS. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9000 standards
- Conduct audits and provide technical support for quality engineering activities
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition and process improvement
- Sponsor and participate in regulatory, partnership, or customer audits
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of work experience in quality assurance
**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year
