What We Provide:
UP TO 12% COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES ALLOWING OUR AVERAGE EMPLOYEE TO EARN $11 - $15+ PER HOUR, WITH TOP PERFORMERS EARNING EVEN MORE.
Store Managers can achieve earnings of $19-$23+ per hour (base salary + up to 12% commission + monthly bonuses). Exceptional managers can earn even higher.

Key Responsibilities:
On-the-job training will cover management duties, including:
- Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new staff members.
- Meeting sales targets and performance metrics by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to the sales team, including coaching and counseling.
- Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks; following up on outcomes.
- Achieving financial goals through careful monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor and cost of goods sold.
- Upholding the salon's stability and reputation by adhering to all legal standards.
- Delegating tasks to ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, organized, and ready for customers.
- Building rapport with clients to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Creating a positive, motivating, team-oriented environment.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
- Safeguarding and managing all funds received and ensuring compliance with banking requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Ability to effectively influence and motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, up to 7+ hours daily
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Compensation:
$15.00+ per hour (base salary + up to 12% commission)
