Job Summary

Bethel Family Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Bethel, Alaska, is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team. As a rural healthcare provider, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including preventive, restorative, surgical, and endodontic treatments.
  • Train and supervise dental assistants and hygienists to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Prescribe medications as necessary and maintain accurate electronic dental records.
  • Participate in performance evaluations and competency testing for dental staff.
Requirements
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program.
  • At least 1 year of experience in general dentistry, with preference for endodontic treatment experience.
  • Licenses, certifications, and DEA registration in good standing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
